一、教学分组目前,在体育教学中,主要有两种分组方法,一种是按体能分组,另一种是混合分组.混合分组,就是不管学生体质强弱和基本技能情况如何,将学生分成若干个小组。这两种分组方法,各有利弊,前者的分组方法,优点是:有利于因人施教,区别对待:缺点是:不利于发挥体育骨干的作用,对开展组与组之间的游戏、竞赛活动不利。所以,如何分组我认为要根据课的内容、课的任务和采用的什么教学手段,灵活掌握为好.在一般情况下,根据我的教学实践感到以混合分组为宜,理由是: 1.可以选择体能较好,工作负责的学生,担任小组长,协助教师上好体育课。 2.有利于开展互帮互学活动。由于体育骨干分散
