在当今日益激烈的商业环境中,企业财务人员作为公司经营管理的一部分重要力量,工作热情不高,活力明显不足,这种现象并不少见,它存在于各种所有制形式的企业中。严重影响了会计人员的职业发展,压制了他们的积极性,造成组织沉闷,效率低下,形成了财务系统和企业的巨大的无形损失。本文通过对企业财务人员工作现状的分析,指出影响他们工作热情的因素,并从打造公关型财务团队、塑造职业型财务人员及建设外显型财务文化等三个层面提出了建立财务人员活力提升体系的构想。
In today’s increasingly fierce business environment, it is not uncommon for an enterprise’s finance staff, as part of the company’s management and operation, to have a low enthusiasm for work and a marked lack of vitality. It exists in various forms of ownership. Seriously affecting the career development of accountants, suppressing their enthusiasm, causing the organization to be dull and inefficient, forming tremendous intangible losses in the financial system and enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current situation of corporate finance staff, this paper points out the factors that affect their work enthusiasm, and from the three aspects of building public relations financial team, shaping professional financial staff and building explicit financial culture, System of ideas.
