山东省位于中国野生大豆遗传多样性分布区中心地带,但是有关山东省野生大豆资源分布状况及遗传多样性的研究相对较少。本文采用生物统计法和RAPD指纹图谱多态性分析法,对白浪河沿岸的9份野生大豆居群进行了质量性状、数量性状及遗传多样性分析。结果表明:供试野生大豆之间已发生明显的遗传分化,在亲缘关系上已经聚类成3个不同类别,而且明显分化为下游盐碱地居群和中上游非盐碱地居群两大类。研究结果显示,白浪河流域野生大豆的变异类型丰富,具有较高的遗传多样性,是良好的大豆改良备用遗传资源,值得引起广泛重视。
Shandong Province is located in the center of the distribution of genetic diversity of wild soybean in China, but there are relatively few studies on the distribution and genetic diversity of wild soybean in Shandong Province. In this paper, the biometrics and RAPD fingerprinting polymorphism analysis were used to analyze the quality traits, quantitative traits and genetic diversity of nine wild soybean populations along the Bai Lang River. The results showed that significant genetic differentiation occurred among the tested wild soybean, which had been clustered into three different groups in the genetic relationship, and obviously differentiated into two groups, ie, the population of the downstream saline-alkali land and the upper-middle non-saline-alkali land. The results showed that the wild soybean in the Bai Langhe River is rich in genetic variation and has high genetic diversity. It is a good genetic resource for soybean improvement and deserves wide attention.
