文章以30个玉米种及其亲本为材料,运用相关与回归分析方法,研究杂种F1与双亲粗淀粉、粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量的相关分析。结果表明,双亲粗蛋白质含量的平均值、父母本蛋白质含量与F1代蛋白质含量的相关性均不显著。双亲粗淀粉含量的平均值与F1代粗淀粉含量的相关性达到了极显著水平。F1粗淀粉含量与父母本粗淀粉含量的相关性不显著。双亲粗脂肪含量的平均值与F1代粗脂肪含量的相关性达到了极显著水平,F1粗脂肪含量与母本粗脂肪含量的相关性不显著,但与父本粗脂肪含量的相关性达到极显著水平。
In this paper, 30 maize varieties and their parents were used as materials, and correlation and regression analysis were used to analyze the correlations between crude F1 and crude starch, crude protein and crude fat content of F1 hybrids. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between the average crude protein content of parents, the protein content of parents and the protein content of F1 generation. The correlation between the average of crude starch content of parents and the crude starch content of F1 reached the extremely significant level. The correlation between F1 crude starch content and parental crude starch content was not significant. The correlation between the crude fat content of parents and the crude fat content of F1 reached an extremely significant level. The correlation between the crude fat content of F1 and the crude fat content of the female parent was not significant, but the correlation with crude fat content Significant level.
