通过在日粮中添加2.5 g/kg碳酸氢钠,可适当增加肉猪的生长性能,添加30 mg/kg的β-胡萝卜素对屠宰后猪肉p H值及肉色有所改善,减少劣质肉发生。在日粮同时添加β-胡萝卜素和碳酸氢钠可减少猪肉滴水损失,延长猪肉的货架期。
By adding 2.5g / kg sodium bicarbonate in the diet, the growth performance of pigs can be appropriately increased. The addition of 30 mg / kg β-carotene improves the p H value and meat color of slaughtered pigs and reduces the occurrence of poor quality meat . The addition of β-carotene and sodium bicarbonate to the diets can reduce the loss of pork drip and extend the shelf life of the pork.
