In order to meet the challenges of the new century, all colleges and universities and research institutes all over the country are studying and thinking about the construction of their own ranks in order to occupy the commanding height of future scientific development and theoretical research and make greater contributions to the country. There is no doubt that our party schools must recognize the situation and participate in the competition.
