近年来对血小板在动脉血栓形成中启动作用的研究逐渐深入。不少动物实验和临床研究证实,血小板聚集物可经致聚剂诱导或自发地出现于动物或人的血循环中,而引起脑梗塞的发生。一些有关缺血性脑血管病的血小板功能研究相继报告,但由于所用方法和测量参数各异,各家研究结果不尽相同。本文就急性期脑血栓患者的血小板聚集功能做一探讨。
In recent years, the role of platelet in the initiation of arterial thrombosis gradually deepened. Many animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed that platelet aggregates can be induced by the polymerization agent or spontaneously appear in the blood circulation of animals or humans, causing the occurrence of cerebral infarction. Some studies on platelet function in ischemic cerebrovascular disease have been reported one after another. However, due to the different methods and measurement parameters used, the results of different studies are different. This article discusses the role of platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.
