The effects of different solidification rates on the microstructure, strength and electrical resistivity of Cu-Ag in-situ fiber composites were investigated and the mechanism of strengthening was discussed. The strengthening of Cu-Ag in-situ fiber composites is divided into two phases, which are mainly dislocation strengthening and fiber strengthening. The turning point from the first phase to the second phase is related to the Ag content and the microstructure size
