为了筛选和评价稻曲病拮抗细菌,从云南、江苏两地采集的10份土样中分离获得1 815个细菌分离物,初筛采用平板对峙培养法测定获得的分离细菌对水稻纹枯病菌的拮抗性能,结果表明有83个菌株具有一定的拮抗活性。进一步测定了拮抗细菌对稻曲病菌、稻瘟病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、水稻细菌性条斑病菌和水稻白叶枯病菌的拮抗性能,并筛选获得了2株生长快、对稻曲病菌生长抑制作用强(抑制率分别达到97.2%和85.9%)及对其他水稻病原菌均表现出较强的抑菌活性的拮抗细菌SF-62和SF-3-38。田间试验结果表明,这2株拮抗细菌的发酵液对稻曲病病粒的防治效果分别为47.88%和43.12%。经16S rDNA方法鉴定,这2株拮抗细菌初步确定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
In order to screen and evaluate the antagonistic bacteria against False Smut, 1 815 bacterial isolates were isolated from 10 soil samples collected from Yunnan and Jiangsu Provinces. The preliminary screening of isolates of Klebsiella spp. The results showed that 83 strains had certain antagonistic activity. The antagonistic activities of antagonistic bacteria against V.ymptomaticum, Magnaporthe grisea, Rhizoctonia solani, Bacterial leaf spot and Bacterial leaf blight were further determined. Two strains were screened for their rapid growth, The inhibitory rates were 97.2% and 85.9%, respectively. Antagonistic bacteria SF-62 and SF-3-38 showed strong antibacterial activity against other rice pathogens. The results of field trials showed that the control efficacy of the two strains of antagonistic bacteria against False yeast was 47.88% and 43.12%, respectively. The 16S rDNA method identified these two antagonistic bacteria initially identified as Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis).
