伴随国家公务员制度的施行,一种新型培训机构——行政学院应运而生。同一切新生事物一样,它刚一出现就显露出其存在的重要性和勃勃生机。怎样办好行政学院,是大家经常思考和关注的问题。对于一个培训机构来说,除了要有与工作相适应的硬件条件外,我看它的主体应该是教师,主要活动是教学和科研工作。一个好的行政学院,靠一支高素质的教师队伍来支撑和维系,正所谓“大学者,非大楼之谓也,有大师之谓也。” 那么,行政学院的教师应该具备哪些素质,怎样建设一支高素质的教师队伍?对这个问题,大家都在思考。总结我们近八年的教学实践,我认为教师必备的基本素质要分为政治素质、专业素质、人文素质三大方面,有了这高标准的三大素质作为支柱,教师的完美形象才能树立起来,才能建设起一支高素质的教师队伍。而且,这三大方面素质的每一个方面,都是由几种素质构成的有着内在联系的整体,每一种素质又都有着特定的内涵和要求。
