迪拜地铁线为全自动轨道交通,一期工程为长42 km的预制混凝土高架桥,该桥主梁采用预制节段后张预应力混凝土U形梁,梁宽约10 m、高2.04 m,最长孔跨度达44 m,采用架桥机拼装、整孔架设。大部分桥墩采用圆柱形钢筋混凝土独柱墩,特殊位置采用门式桥墩,墩顶均采用漏斗式结构,独柱墩基础采用直径2.2~2.4 m单根钻孔桩。大部分简支梁跨采用弹性橡胶支座,连续梁跨采用盆式支座。该桥的宽主梁、薄底板和异型腹板不但经济美观、方便施工,并且也能适应中东地区恶劣的自然环境。
The Dubai Metro Line is fully automatic rail transit. The first phase of the project is a 42 km long prefabricated concrete viaduct. The main girder of the bridge uses prefabricated post-tensioned prestressed concrete U-beams with a beam width of about 10 m and a height of 2.04 m. Hole span of 44 m, using bridge machine assembly, the entire erection. Most of the piers adopt cylindrical reinforced concrete single-column piers, and the special positions adopt the portal piers. The funnel-shaped structures are used on the piers. The single pile with diameter of 2.2-2.4 m is used for the foundation of the single-pier. Most of the simply supported beams adopt elastic rubber bearings and continuous beams employ pot bearings. The bridge’s wide main girder, thin bottom and profiled webs are not only economical and artistic but also convenient for construction, and can also adapt to the harsh natural environment in the Middle East.
