进入市场经济阶段,中国的企业开始自主经营、自负盈亏。塑胶企业在市场经济发展浪潮中,伴随着经济的转轨而逐渐实施了企业改革。随着世界经济冲击着中国的塑胶行业市场,塑胶产品也面临着更为激烈的竞争。为适应国际市场的需求,塑胶企业需要建立起现代企业制度,加强企业管理,以在同行业中具备较高的竞争力。本论文着重分析塑胶企业的管理,以探索促进企业经济发展的管理模式。
Into the stage of market economy, Chinese enterprises began to operate their own self-financing. Plastic enterprises in the tide of market economy, with the economic transition and gradually implemented the reform of the enterprise. With the world economy impacting China’s plastic industry market, plastic products are also facing more intense competition. In order to meet the needs of the international market, plastic enterprises need to establish a modern enterprise system, strengthen enterprise management, in order to have a higher competitiveness in the industry. This thesis focuses on analyzing the management of plastic enterprises to explore the management mode to promote the economic development of enterprises.
