温政发〔2013〕85号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《温州市地方金融审计暂行办法》已经市人民政府第29次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请认真遵照执行。2013年10月23日温州市地方金融审计暂行办法第一条为了规范地方金融审计工作,保障地方金融安全、维护地方金融稳定,根据《中华人民共和国审计法》、《浙江省地方金融机构审计操作规程(试行)》等有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
