采用ЭПУ-К型中压电子束焊机对7A52铝合金进行焊接,并对焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,其焊缝组织均匀致密、晶粒细小,由α(Al)+T(Mg3Zn3Al2)相组成,与母材的组成相相同;焊缝中Mg、Zn元素均有不同程度的烧损,其中Zn元素的烧损情况较Mg元素严重,焊缝中心Mg、Zn元素烧损情况较焊缝边缘严重;焊缝中心硬度最低;焊接接头平均拉伸断裂强度为431.7MPa,平均冲击韧度为27.67J/cm2,为母材冲击韧度的82.4%。
The 7A52 aluminum alloy was welded by ЭПУ-К medium voltage electron beam welding machine, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the weld is uniform and compact with fine grains and is composed of α (Al) + T (Mg3Zn3Al2) phases, which have the same composition as the base metal. The Mg and Zn elements in the weld have different degrees of burning, Among them, the loss of Zn element was more serious than that of Mg element. The Mg and Zn elements in the center of the weld were more burned than the edge of the weld. The hardness of weld center was the lowest. The average tensile strength at break of the welded joint was 431.7 MPa and the average impact toughness 27.67J / cm2, which is 82.4% of the impact toughness of the base metal.
