为了解山东省企业对劳动关系专业人才的需求,明确山东省企业目前提供给劳动关系专业人才的具体工作岗位及对其能力的要求,以对应市场需求培养专业人才,促进劳动关系专业的发展,推动山东省经济社会的持续健康发展,调研组对2015年12月以来共计4个月的山东省116家大中型企业的招聘需求状况进行了调查。通过调查,得出了如下结论:企业对劳动关系专业还不甚了解但相对重视;山东省的大中型企业中对劳动关系人才的需求量还是很可观的;企业仍旧从人力资源管理角度招聘劳动关系专业人才;企业对劳动关系专业人才的工作和实习经验非常看重。文章还对该调查结果进行了分析和思考,提出促进山东省劳动关系专业发展的相关建议。
In order to understand the needs of enterprises in Shandong Province for professionals in labor relations, identify the specific jobs currently offered by Shandong enterprises to labor relations professionals and their requirements on capacity, train professionals in response to market demand, promote the development of labor relations professionals, In order to promote the sustained and healthy economic and social development in Shandong Province, the research team investigated the recruitment needs of 116 large and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province for a total of 4 months since December 2015. Through the investigation, the following conclusions are drawn: the enterprises still do not have enough understanding of the labor relations profession, but the relative importance is attached to them; the demand for labor relations talents in large and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong Province is still considerable; the enterprises still recruit labor from the perspective of human resources management Relational professionals; enterprises of labor relations professionals work and practical experience is very valued. The article also analyzes and thinks about the survey results and puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional development of labor relations in Shandong Province.
