采用国产FD-20生理性体外式心脏起搏器纠治阵发性心动过速10例,其中室上性8例,室性2例,均取得满意效果。作者对该起搏器的疗效,终止心动过速的方式、模式、循环周期及脉冲组合、部位的选择和适应范围等提出了讨论。认为该起搏器之疗效为国产任何一种临时起搏器所不及,特别适于心脏术后临时起搏和心动过缓-心动过速综合征。 10 cases of paroxysmal tachycardia were treated with domestic FD-20 physiological extracorporeal pacemaker, of which 8 cases were supraventricular and 2 cases were ventricular. Satisfactory results were obtained. The author discusses the curative effect of the pacemaker, the way of stopping the tachycardia, the mode, the cycle and pulse combination, the choice of the site and the scope of the adjustment. That the pacemaker effect is less than any kind of temporary pacemaker made in China, especially for postoperative cardiac pacing and bradycardia - tachycardia syndrome.
