辽宁省普兰店油脂实业总公司、大连华农金石油脂厂、北京新天林贸易公司、中国华能国际经济贸易公司、北京华能能发技术贸易公司:最近,中国证券监督管理委员会对大连商品交易所大豆期货9811合约交易情况进行了调查,现已查实:1.辽宁省普兰店油脂实业总公司、大连华农金石油脂厂等买方,利用分仓、超仓等手段大量建立买方头寸,超过大连商品交易所大豆期货合约的客户持仓限制,并且拉高大豆期货价格,使其严重偏离大豆现货价格。
