全反射荧光分析 (TXRF)比常规荧光分析 (XRF)具有更高的灵敏度。我们在北京正负电子对撞机同步辐射 3W 1A新光束线改建的同步辐射荧光站上 (更换了新探测器及相应谱仪系统 ) ,用TXRF对肺癌细胞和宫颈癌细胞进行了凋亡前后的研究 ,得到了这些细胞凋亡前后的荧光谱。从分析这些谱的结果我们可以看到 ,凋亡前后这些癌细胞中某些微量元素的含量有了变化 ,甚至是明显变化。从这些变化中我们可得到一些启发 ,如果能找到它们的变化规律是否可为治疗癌症做出一点贡献呢 ?
Total reflection fluorescence analysis (TXRF) has higher sensitivity than conventional fluorescence analysis (XRF). We used a synchrotron fluorescent radiation station (replaced with a new detector and corresponding spectrometer system) with a new beamline of 3W 1A synchrotron radiation from the electron-positron collider at Beijing and used TXRF to perform apoptosis on lung cancer cells and cervical cancer cells. In the study, the fluorescence spectra of these cells before and after apoptosis were obtained. From the analysis of the results of these spectra, we can see that the content of certain trace elements in these cancer cells has changed or even changed significantly before and after apoptosis. From these changes, we can get some inspirations. If we can find out if their laws of change can make a little contribution to the treatment of cancer?
