城市轨道交通一般每隔1~1.5 km设一座车站,当采用敞开式TBM施工时,根据其机型特点、施工方式及工程筹划,不可避免要遇到较为频繁经过车站的问题。针对国内第1条采用敞开式TBM施工的城市轨道交通工程,根据TBM所经车站的具体情况,结合车站施工条件及TBM过站影响,研究确定了TBM的各种过站方式;制定了合理可行的TBM过站方案和过站应急预案,保证了区间及车站的总工期要求,解决了敞开式TBM应用于城市轨道交通的技术难题。为TBM日后逐渐大规模在城市轨道交通工程中应用提供了技术支持和参考。
Urban rail transit usually has a station every 1 ~ 1.5 km. When adopting the open TBM construction, it is inevitable to encounter more frequent passing stations according to its model features, construction methods and project planning. Aiming at the first domestic urban rail transit project adopting open TBM construction, according to the specific conditions of the stations passing TBM, combined with the station construction conditions and the impact of the TBM crossing, various stop ways of TBM are determined and studied; TBM station over the station and emergency plans to ensure that the interval and station total duration requirements to solve the open TBM technical problems applied to urban rail transit. It provides technical support and reference for the application of TBM in urban rail transit project gradually and gradually.
