British researchers said that domestic labor is both time-consuming and tiring. Although it can be regarded as physical exercise, it does neither help health nor reduce cellulite. Fast walking is more beneficial to health and body shape than mopping, dusting and cleaning windows, especially for older women between 60 and 79 years of age.
