易被忽视的肝硬化并发症:门静脉血栓、肌少症和肝性骨病

肝硬化可导致多种并发症,腹水、肝性脑病、食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血及肝肾综合征等已被大家所熟知.但尚有些并发症发病率高却容易被临床医生忽视,而这些并发症也会显著影响患者的生活质量和长期预后.现就易被忽视的肝硬化相关并发症如门静脉血栓、肝硬化肌少症、肝性骨病等进行讨论,并对今后的研究方向和工作重点进行展望,以期引起临床医生和研究人员的重视.
