目前,国内关于健康领导力的研究尚处于空白状态,本文主要通过对国外文献进行梳理,提出健康领导力的结构维度,并通过实证调研探究健康领导力对下属的影响机制。结果表明,健康领导力包括健康价值观、健康意识和健康行为三个维度,健康领导力与下属健康状况、工作脱离程度显著正相关,与下属健康问题发生频率、工作—家庭冲突显著负相关,在健康领导力对下属产生影响的过程中,员工自我健康意识起到了中介作用。研究结果为企业健康组织的建立、推进及企业人力资源的可持续优化使用提供了思路和借鉴。
At present, the research on health leadership in our country is still in a blank state. This paper mainly puts forward the structural dimensions of health leadership by combing foreign literature and investigating the influence mechanism of health leadership on subordinates through empirical research. The results show that health leadership has three dimensions: health values, health awareness and health behaviors. Health leadership is significantly and positively related to subordinates’ health status and job disengagement degree, negatively correlated with frequency of subordinate health problems and work-family conflict. Health leadership on the subordinates have an impact on the process, employees self-health awareness played an intermediary role. The results provide ideas and references for the establishment and promotion of enterprise health organizations and the sustainable and optimized use of human resources in enterprises.
