自治区种植绿肥作物越来越引起各地重视。1980年总的绿肥面积比1974年增加三倍以上,草木栖面积已经达到110万亩,在农业生产上确实发挥了增产作用。大家一致认为,发展绿肥作物是培养地力,解决肥料问题的方向性措施之一。但是,大面积种植绿肥在我区毕竟是一项新的事物,有些地方的绿肥面积很不稳定,或者失收面积大或者产草量太低,仍然存在着一些技术问题和实际问题。希望各地都能象伽师县一样,认真总结一下成功的经验和失败的教训,因地制宜,对绿肥作物的种植、利用方式、绿肥种类的选择、留种问题等加以改进和提高,并且结合生产责任制的贯彻执行,落实到生产中去,使绿肥生产扎扎实实地取得新的发展。
