发展循环经济是企业突破资源环境制约、实现可持续发展的有效途径。科学评价企业循环经济发展水平即是发展循环经济的起点,又是优化过程控制的重要措施。本文在综合考虑国内企业循环经济发展评价指标体系的基础上,从资源投入、资源生产率、资源循环利用、废弃物排放四个方面构建炼铅企业循环经济绩效测量指标体系,进一步完善了炼铅企业循环经济评价理论体系。其中,资源投入指标中考虑了系统成本,提高了评价体系的全面性和稳健性。同时,通过对某炼铝企业的案例研究,证明了该评价体系的有效性和可靠性。
The development of recycling economy is an effective way for enterprises to break through the constraints of resources and environment and achieve sustainable development. Scientifically evaluate the level of development of circular economy is the starting point for the development of circular economy, but also an important measure to optimize the process control. On the basis of comprehensively considering the evaluation index system of circular economy development in domestic enterprises, this paper constructs the index system of measuring the circular economy performance of lead-extraction enterprises from the aspects of resource input, resource productivity, resource recycling, and waste discharge, further improves the lead- Circular economy evaluation theory system. Among them, the resource input index takes into account the system cost and improves the comprehensiveness and robustness of the evaluation system. At the same time, through the case study of an aluminum smelting enterprise, the validity and reliability of the evaluation system are proved.
