分别以十四酸(MA)和十六醇(HD)以及聚乙二醇(PEG)和月桂酸(LA)为原料,采用熔融共混法制备了两种二元复合相变材料(PCM)。利用T-History法测定复合相变材料的相变潜热和导热系数。结果表明:MA-HD体系与PEF-LA体系均存在共晶点。重复循环结果表明,MA-HD共晶体系相变温度变化范围在0.4℃以内,热稳定性能良好;PEG-LA共晶体系在前50次循环内,相变温度降低,循环50次之后相变温度变化范围在0.2℃以内。
Two binary composite phase change materials (PCMs) were prepared by melt blending with myristic acid (MA) and cetyl alcohol (HD) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) and lauric acid (LA) . The phase transition latent heat and thermal conductivity of composite phase change material were measured by T-History method. The results show that there are eutectic points in MA-HD system and PEF-LA system. The repeated cycling results show that the phase transition temperature of the MA-HD eutectic system is within 0.4 ℃ and the thermal stability is good. In the first 50 cycles of the PEG-LA eutectic system, the phase transition temperature decreases and the phase transition temperature changes after 50 cycles Temperature range of 0.2 ° C or less.
