有研究显示,富含蔬菜和水果的膳食可预防冠状动脉硬化症的发展。饮食中添加一种新型柑橘类水果(柚与葡萄柚的杂交品种)对冠状动脉疾病患者高胆固醇血症有预防效果。选取年龄在47~68岁冠状动脉旁路手术后66位高胆固醇血症的志愿者,随机分为2个实验组和1个对照组,每组22人。在2个实验组患者饮食中分别添加1个和2个去皮该水果。研究发现,去皮该水果中含有大量的膳食纤维和抗氧化物。膳食中添加了去皮该水果的实验组患者血脂水平较对照组有所降低。此外,观察到实验组2患者的血浆抗氧化剂能力显著增强,实验组1有所提高,而对照组患者的研究指标没有改变。研究认为,饮食中添加去皮该水果对高胆固醇血症患者的血脂代谢和血浆抗氧化物活性会产生积极的影响。因此,给公认的抗动脉粥样硬化饮食中增加去皮该水果可能对动脉硬化症的预防是有益的,尤其是对高胆固醇血症患者。
Studies have shown that the diet rich in vegetables and fruits can prevent the development of coronary atherosclerosis. Dietary supplementation with a new type of citrus fruit (a cross between grapefruit and grapefruit) has been shown to prevent hypercholesterolemia in patients with coronary artery disease. Sixty-six hypercholesterolemic volunteers aged 47-68 years after coronary artery bypass surgery were randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group, with 22 in each group. One and two peeled fruits were added to the diet of two experimental groups, respectively. The study found that peeled the fruit contains a lot of dietary fiber and antioxidants. Dietary peel added to the experimental group of patients with lipid levels decreased compared with the control group. In addition, it was observed that the plasma antioxidant capacity of experimental group 2 patients was significantly increased, while that of experimental group 1 was improved, while that of control group patients did not change. The study suggests that the diet added peeled the fruits of hypercholesterolemia in patients with lipid metabolism and plasma antioxidant activity will have a positive impact. Therefore, adding peeled skin to a well-recognized anti-atherosclerotic diet may be beneficial for the prevention of atherosclerosis, especially in hypercholesterolemic patients.
