目的:在3例突发性聋(突聋)合并明显颈静脉球(JB)扩大的临床现象启示下,研究JB直径和高度与突聋的关系。方法:报告3树突聋合并JB高度扩大,其中1例手术探查2次,排除JB肿瘤。进一步探索突聋与JB扩大的相关性:选择诊治3月以上无效的15例突聋与35例耳部正常者(对照组)行JB磁共振血管造影(MRA),测量JB直径和高度行对比分析。结果:突聋组聋耳侧与对测JB大小不对称性较对照组两侧JB不对称性明显(P<0.005)。突聋组聋耳侧JB直径和高度平均值大于对照组的较大侧JB直径和高度平均值(直径P<0.001,高度P<0.01)。结论:少数病因不明的突聋可能与JB过度不对称发育(过大过高)的影响有关,待深入研究。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between JB diameter and height and sudden deafness in three cases of sudden deafness (sudden deafness) complicated with obvious jugular bulb (JB) enlargement. Methods: Report 3 dendritic dendritic and JB height expansion, including 1 case of surgical exploration twice, excluding JB tumor. To further explore the relationship between sudden deafness and JB enlargement: JB magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) was performed in 15 cases of sudden deafness diagnosed and treated more than 3 months and 35 cases of normal ears (control group), and the ratio of JB diameter and height was measured analysis. Results: The asymmetry of JB size in the deafness group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.005). The average diameter and height of JB in the deafness group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.001 in diameter and P <0.01 in height). Conclusion: A small number of sudden deafness of unknown etiology may be related to the excessive development of excessive asymmetry (excessively high) in JB, pending further study.
