G830轴承滚子磨床是20世纪80年代初的进口设备,其电气部分主要由继电器逻辑控制电路和由小规模集成电路组成的简易数控箱组成,控制电磁阀以及磨削进给和砂轮修整两台步进电动机的运动。由于机床工作年久,电器元件常出故障,有几台已不能开动,而进口配件不易购买,影响生产任务完成,因此决定用PLC对其进行改造。我们选用日本松下公司FP1系列可编程控制器,该型号PLC具有体积小、功率强、性价比高等优点,且还有脉冲输出功能,可替代原数控箱的功能。机床改造的电气原理框图如图1所示。 根据机床的输入输出点数,可编程
