我区“八五”期间共培训高中校长168名,初中校长和乡镇教委主任631名,小学校长1076名,并于1996年9月1日全部实现了持证上岗.另外,我区还开展了骨干校长的异地培训.通过第一轮全员性、规范性的岗位培训,中小学校长的整体素质得到了明显的提高.为了进一步搞好“九五”初中校长培训工作,我区教委、教育学院干训领导小组认真做了分析研究,并参观考察了几处兄弟市地院校,在总结过去取得的成绩的基础上,找出培训中存在的问题与差距,认真规划好“九五”初中校长提高培训工作.一、“九五”期间,我区中小学校长提高培训的
