来自世界各地的设计大师携带自己的作品蜂拥而至的时候,我们已经不怀疑建筑的国际化面貌将给中国房地产业带来革命性的变化。但当北京乃至整个中国各个核心城市越来越万国建筑博物馆化时,我们也必须反思:失去了自己创造力的开放,我们将得到什么?4月初,中法媒体第一次对话,议题为:“全球独立住宅流行趋势的交流与对话”。在对外开放和交流的同时,保留房地产产业的个性和原创力,成为大家的共识;一个新名词,“原创别墅”第一次在中国出现,并很快广为认同。
We have no doubt that the internationalization of architecture will bring revolutionary changes to China’s real estate industry when designers from all over the world flock to bring their own works. But as more and more museums are being built in Beijing and throughout China’s core cities, we must also reflect on: what will we get if we lose our own creativity? In early April, the media of China and France spoke for the first time on the following topics: “Global independent residential exchange and dialogue ”. While opening up and communicating with the outside world, it is our common understanding to preserve the individuality and originality of the real estate industry. A new term, “original villa”, first appeared in China and was widely accepted.
