现阶段,中石油企业已经构建出了比较完善的HES管理体系,并取得了良好的成效,但是在承包商企业中,其HSE管理体系和管理能力还需要不断的完善和加强,油企要提高对承包商构建HSE管理体系的重视,并通过有效的措施促进承包商完善自身的HSE管理体系,以促进双方的互惠共赢,为实现构建中国石油企业安全文化的目标而努力。
At this stage, CNPC has constructed a relatively complete HES management system and achieved good results. However, in the contractor enterprises, its HSE management system and management capabilities still need to be continuously improved and strengthened. The contractor attaches great importance to the HSE management system and promotes the contractor to improve his HSE management system through effective measures so as to promote mutual win-win situation and strive for the goal of building a safety culture of Chinese petroleum enterprises.
