研究应变速率对钢板变形行为的影响,是为了找到一种具有最佳微观组织的钢,并将其应用于汽车防撞类零部件,例如汽车的前端梁。与具有相同静态屈服强度的其他钢种相比,双相钢在动态变形过程中能吸收更多的能量。双相钢中奥氏体相体积分数的增加会破坏其动态变形性能。碰撞试验零部件的有限元分析结果也同样表明了双相钢具有优异的性能。
Studying the influence of strain rate on the deformation behavior of the steel plate is to find a kind of steel with the best microstructure and apply it to the automobile crashworthy parts, such as the front beam of a car. Duplex steels can absorb more energy during dynamic deformation than other steels with the same static yield strength. The increase of the volume fraction of austenite phase in dual-phase steel will destroy its dynamic deformation performance. Finite element analysis results of the crash test components also show that dual phase steels have excellent properties.
