文章认为,我国经济体制和社会结构转型继续深入进行必须处理好促进经济发展与维护社会公平之间的关系。如何提高人们的福利水平,保障社会成员共同分享社会发展带来的成果,是当前我国政府面临的一个重要挑战。西方福利国家在社会建设和福利分配方面拥有丰富的经验和教训。研究福利国家建构的基础、政治逻辑与发展趋势,能为我国制定和发展社会政策以及提高公民福祉提供宝贵的借鉴。
The article holds that the relationship between promoting economic development and maintaining social fairness must be properly handled in order to further deepen the transformation of China’s economic system and social structure. How to raise people’s welfare level and ensure that members of society share the fruits of social development is an important challenge our government is facing now. Western welfare states have extensive experience and lessons in social construction and welfare allocation. Studying the foundations, political logic and development trend of welfare state construction can provide valuable reference for our country to formulate and develop social policies and enhance citizens’ welfare.
