本文提出用溴邻苯三酚红(BPR)作为第二配位体的试剂,以形成CAS-BPR-CTMAB与Ti(Ⅳ)反应的多元络合物显色体系测定钛的光度法。反应的适宜酸度范围为pH1.2-1.5,络合物吸收峰位于590nm处。在此波长测得摩尔吸光系数为5.7×10~4,比其相应三元络合物体系提高2.1倍.在25毫升容积中钛量0-10微克符合比尔定律。文中讨论了共存元素干扰情况,建立了最佳测试条件.方法适用于铝及稀土铝合金中微量钛的测定。
In this paper, bromine pyrogallol red (BPR) was used as the reagent for the second ligand to form a multi-complex colorimetric system for the reaction of CAS-BPR-CTMAB with Ti (Ⅳ). The suitable acidity range of the reaction is pH 1.2-1.5, and the complex absorption peak is at 590 nm. The molar absorptivity at this wavelength was 5.7 × 10 ~ 4, which was 2.1 times higher than that of the corresponding ternary complex system. Beer ’s law was obeyed in the volume of 25 ml with 0-10 μg titanium. This paper discusses the interference of coexisting elements and establishes the optimum test conditions.The method is suitable for the determination of trace titanium in aluminum and rare earth aluminum alloys.
