根据资料显示,2016年动力电池累计产量约为252.5亿瓦时,实际进入拆解回收的总量不足1万吨,近84%以上的报废电池仍滞留在车企手上。日前,工信部、商务部、科技部联合印发《关于加快推进再生资源产业发展的指导意见》(简称《指导意见》。其中备受关注的新能源动力电池回收利用问题,被列入重大试点示范工程。意见指出,针对新能源动力电池回收利用,重点围绕京津冀、长三角、珠三角等新能源汽车发展集聚区域,选择若干城市开展试点示范。
