山茛菪碱被证明既是血小板聚集的抑制剂,又是节后神经纤维支配的效应器上的M胆碱能受体阻滞剂。为此,我们试图观察M胆碱能受体的兴奋剂毛果芸香碱,对血小板聚集会有何种影响。结果发现毛果芸香碱也是血小板聚集的抑制剂。
Anisodamine has been shown to be both an inhibitor of platelet aggregation and an M cholinergic receptor blocker on the effector of postganglionic nerve fibers. To this end, we tried to observe the effect of the cholinergic agonist pilocarpine on platelet aggregation. Pilocarpine was also found to be an inhibitor of platelet aggregation.
