科技型小微企业对提升区域科技创新水平、促进经济转型升级具有重要作用。科技型小微企业要保持持续发展的势头,就要改进、完善自身的人才获取体系,合理配置资源,适应自身发展需要。本文基于对衡阳市科技型小微企业人才获取渠道现状的调查,找出其存在的问题并提出提高人才获取渠道管理水平的建议。
Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises play an important role in upgrading the level of technological innovation in the region and promoting economic restructuring and upgrading. In order to maintain the momentum of sustainable development, science and technology small and micro enterprises need to improve and perfect their own talent acquisition system, rationally allocate resources and meet their own development needs. Based on a survey of the current status of talent acquisition channels for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises in Hengyang, this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the management of talent acquisition channels.
