第六个五年计划期间(1981~1985)是建国以来港口建设发展最快的时期。五年中,在大连、营口、秦皇岛、天津、烟台、青岛、石臼、连云港、南京、镇江、南通、张家港、上海、宁波、厦门、黄埔、湛江、防城、北海等十九个港口开工新建万吨级以上深水泊位132个,建成深水泊位54个,中级泊位25个,新增吞吐能力1亿吨以上。平均每年建成深水泊位近11个,新增吞吐能力2千万吨,重点解决了煤炭、集装箱运输的需要。到1985年底,我国沿海主要港口的深水泊位已达199个,中级泊位156个,吞吐能
The period of the sixth five-year plan (1981-1985) was the period when the port construction has been developing the fastest since the founding of the People’s Republic. In five years, the construction of nineteen ports including Dalian, Yingkou, Qinhuangdao, Tianjin, Yantai, Qingdao, Shijiu, Lianyungang, Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Zhangjiagang, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Huangpu, Zhanjiang, Fangcheng and Beihai started 132 deep-water berths with a capacity of over 10,000 tons have been built, 54 deep-water berths and 25 mid-level berths have been completed, with an additional throughput of over 100 million tons. An average of nearly 11 deep-water berths have been built each year, with an additional throughput of 20 million tons, which has focused on solving the needs of coal and container transportation.
