患者男,61岁。发热28天于1991年11月15日入院。尿毒症晚期行维持性血透已2年,28天前受寒后并发左肺金黄色葡萄球菌感染,高热达40.3℃,先后经西力欣、Fortum等治疗,病情明显改善,但低热不退(37.8～38℃)。血培养阴性,多次痰培养有白色念珠菌生长,胸片提示左肺中、上野合并霉菌性肺炎可能。入院后予静脉滴注咪康唑针剂0.4g,每日1次。3天后热退,症状好转,但出腹现胀,解大量柏油样黑便3次,隐血试验阳性。
