公共图书馆是城市现代化的文化标志之一,其旨在为社会大众提供丰富的图书资源,以帮助人们实现自身价值与社会价值,从而促进社会总体文化水平的提高。在公共图书馆的日常管理中,包括图书管理、读者管理以及管内日常工作管理等。在庞大的图书体系与各类读者的环境下,如何通过不断提高工作效率提升读者满意度,以实现大多数人们的共同利益,是一直以来公共图书馆管理工作的热门论题。本文主要通过对公共图书馆价值核心进行分析,提出几点优化读者服务工作的策略建议,以期为图书馆的可持续发展提供参考依据。
Public library is one of the cultural symbols of urban modernization. Its aim is to provide the general public with abundant books and resources to help people realize their own values and social values, so as to promote the overall social cultural level. In the daily management of public libraries, including library management, reader management and management of daily work in the tube. Under the circumstance of a huge library system and various readers, how to improve readers’ satisfaction by continuously improving work efficiency so as to realize the common interests of most people has been a hot topic in public library management all along. This paper mainly analyzes the core values of public libraries and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize readers’ service so as to provide a reference for the sustainable development of libraries.
