[目的]筛选能有效防治桑树天牛的杀虫剂。[方法]采用蛀孔注射药剂法,测定7种杀虫剂对桑树天牛的防治效果。[结果]药后7 d,2.5%敌杀死EC 2.5 g/L和20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L对黄星天牛的防效分别为93.55%和90.41%,与其他处理存在显著性差异;10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC 10 g/L、40%毒死蜱EW 40 g/L和20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L的对桑天牛防效分别为100%、94.34%和93.88%,与其他处理存在显著性差异。药后15 d,2.5%敌杀死EC 2.5 g/L、10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC 10 g/L、20%吡虫啉SL 20 g/L和40%毒死蜱EW 40 g/L对黄星天牛和桑天牛的防效更好,与其他处理的防效存在显著性差异。[结论]10%顺式氰戊菊酯EC、40%毒死蜱EW、20%吡虫啉SL和2.5%敌杀死EC稀释10倍蛀孔注射可有效防治桑树黄星天牛和桑天牛,可作为田间桑树天牛的防治用药。
