用6个早熟冬小麦亲本按Griffing方法4配制15个组合,进行了配合力分析.结果表明,CA8665、CA8695和N88-5262为三个配合力较好的早熟亲本,优势早熟组合是N88-5262×临远7053、CA8665×洛阳7602和早5×N88-5262.GCA与SCA效应值方差比较表明,小麦成熟性的加性与非加性效应均起作用.要评价一个亲本及其组合的优劣,应结合一般配合力、特殊配合力及其组合表现三方面来评价.
The results showed that CA8665, CA8695 and N88-5262 were three early-maturing parents with better combining ability, and the most premature combination was N88-5262 × Linyuan 7053, CA8665 × Luoyang 7602 and early 5 × N88-5262.Comparison of the variance of GCA and SCA showed that the additive and non-additive effects of wheat ripening both played a role.We should evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of one parent and its combination , Should be combined with the general combining ability, special combining ability and the combination of performance evaluation of three aspects.
