以强氧化性酸处理CT-R及1 700环氧体系浇注件中的金属嵌件,通过拉伸强度测试研究了酸浓度、温度、清洁度等工艺参数对金属嵌件树脂结合力的影响。结果表明,针对CT-R树脂体系,最优处理工艺如下:碱洗30 s,320 m L/L硝酸处理30 s,热水洗2 min,浓度110 g/L的强氧化性酸酸洗15 min,水洗3 min。该条件下嵌件-树脂结合力达到60 MPa以上,可明显提高超高压(330~1 000 k V)和特高压(直流电压≥±800 k V,交流电压≥1 000 k V)电器绝缘件的质量稳定性。
The effects of acid concentration, temperature, cleanliness and other process parameters on the resin adhesion of metal insert were studied by tensile strength test with strong oxidizing acid treatment of metal inserts in CT-R and 1 700 epoxy system castings.
