对低品位软锰矿还原浸出工艺进行了研究,以铁屑作为还原剂,在硫酸存在的条件下还原浸出软锰矿。通过单因素实验确定软锰矿铁屑还原浸出的最佳工艺条件为:铁屑与软锰矿质量比(简称铁矿比)为0.25∶1,酸矿质量比为1∶1,液固比为5∶1,反应时间为1 h,初始反应温度为10℃。在最佳浸出工艺条件下,软锰矿中锰的浸出率达到98%以上。
Low-grade pyrolusite reduction leaching process was studied to scrap iron as a reducing agent, in the presence of sulfuric acid reduction leaching pyrolusite. The optimum conditions for the reduction and leaching of pyrite from pyrolusite were determined by single factor experiments as follows: the mass ratio of iron filings to pyrolusite (referred to as iron ore ratio) was 0.25:1, the mass ratio of acid mine was 1: 1, and the liquid-solid ratio was 5 : 1, the reaction time is 1 h, the initial reaction temperature is 10 ℃. Under the optimal leaching conditions, the leaching rate of manganese in pyrolusite reaches more than 98%.
