按照《厦门市社会工作岗位开发及专业人才使用实施办法(试行)》,厦门市社会工作岗位开发设置的方式为:(一)以基层为重点配备社会工作专业人才。注重在城乡基层特别是城市社区配备和使用社会工作专业人才,提高社会服务专业化水平。每个城市社区至少设置一个社会工作岗位,配备使用专职专业社工。辖区人口较多的城市社区,应适当增设社会工作岗位,增配专职专业社会工作人才。城市社区专职专业社
According to the Measures for the Implementation of Social Work Development and Specialist Use in Xiamen City (Trial Implementation), the methods for developing and setting social work positions in Xiamen are as follows: (1) To equip the social work professionals with grass-roots emphasis. Attention should be paid to equipping and using social work professionals at the grassroots level in urban and rural areas, especially in urban communities, and improving the professionalization of social services.
