A typical giant cell tumor (GCT) is a single tumor that occurs in the long bone callus or the metaphysis. The incidence of female GCT is slightly higher. 70% of patients have 20-40 years of age. Multi-center giant cell tumor (MGCT) is an unusual variant of GCT. Patients with MGCT are younger than those with single lesions. MGCT is often advanced at the time of diagnosis. And it is more prone to pathological fractures than a single person. The authors reported that 5 cases were all at the end of the long bone. Among them, 1 case was also present in the proximal end of the left ring finger, 1 case was located in the right foot 1 to 3 sacrum, and 1 case was located in the pubic branch. The lesions are expansive osteolysis. 5 of the initial and recurrent lesions were counted at 25 sites
