自主、合作、探究是新课程倡导的一种教学模式。在实施的过程中,有很多的收获,也存在很多困惑,尤其在小组合作方面,学生合而不作,小组合作成了一种形式。从学生的学情反馈来看,有些学生没有真正学到知识和方法,只是充当了一个配合教学发表个人意见的角色,致使小组合作看上去是人人参与,其实是少数人在学习。我认为影响合作学习有效性的因素来自以下三个方面:一是学生,比如学生的合作学习态度、学习习惯,学生自身的素质、能力和知识水平等;二是教师,教师的教学观念、组织能力、调控能力等;三是小组合作学习的方式,比如合作小组的搭配、合作问题的设计、小组内成员的分工等。针对
