目的 建立一种适合基层开展的超高效液相色谱法 ,同时测定熟肉制品中四种人工合成色素含量的快速方法. 方法 将样品粉碎 ,经石油醚脱脂 ,加入乙醇+ 氨+ 水(7:2:1)超声提取并用聚酰胺粉过滤后 ,使用 Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH -C18 色谱柱(2 .1 × 50mm ,1 .7μm)色谱柱 ,以0 .02mol/L 乙酸铵和甲醇作为流动相 ,梯度洗脱 ,流速0 .40mL /min ,二极管阵列检测器230nm波长检测.结果 该方法可以同时测定熟肉制品中柠檬黄、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红含量 ,线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9995~ 0 .9997 ,加标回收率在 85 .2 ~ 101 .6% 之间 ,检出限为 0 15mg/kg -0 .26mg/kg ,相对标准偏差为0 .62~2 .30% .结论 该方法前处理简单、分析速度快、有很好的灵敏度及稳定性 ,适合基层开展监测检验工作.“,”[Objective] To establish a ultra high Performance Liquid Chromatography method for the development of basic level ,meanwhile to determine rapid method for the determination of pigment content in the cooked meat products .[Method] Smash the sample ,by petroleum ether skim ,add ethanol + ammonia + water(7 :2 :1) after ultrasonic extraction and filtration of polyamide powder ,use Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18 Chromatographic column (2 .1 × 50mm ,1 .7μm) Chromatographic column ,With 0 .02mol/L ammonium acetate and methanol as the mobile phase ,gradient elution ,current Speed0 .40mL /min Diode array detector 230nm wavelength detection .[Result] The method can determine the Lemon yellow 、Carmine、sun set yellow 、ullura red content in the cooked meat ,good linear relationship .The correlation was 0 .9995~0 .9997 ,the recovery ratio were between 101 .6% and 85 .2 .,detection limit was 0 .15mg/kg -0 .26mg/kg ,The relative standard deviation was 0 .62 to 2 .30%[Conclusion] Pre treatment of the method is Simple ,analysis speed and good sensitivity and stability .,Suitable for grassroots to work
