目的:建立益肝灵滴丸中水飞蓟素的溶出度测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为288nm,溶出介质为600mL人工胃液,转速为100r·min-1。结果:水飞蓟宾检测浓度在4.4~22μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.40%,RSD=2.49%(n=9)。3批样品45min时的溶出度均>85%。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于益肝宁滴丸的溶出度测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of silymarin dissolution in Yiganling drop pills. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used. The detection wavelength was 288 nm, the dissolution medium was 600 mL artificial gastric juice, and the rotational speed was 100 r · min-1. Results: The linear range of silybin was 4.4-22μg · mL-1 and the absorbance was linear (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 100.40% and RSD was 2.49% (n = 9). Three batches of samples dissolution at 45min were> 85%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of dissolution of Yiganning drop pills.
