如今,经济社会的不断发展以及信息技术的发展,为干部人事档案的管理工作带来了新的发展机遇。对此,文中认为要探索建立新的干部档案管理模式,使之更好地为以经济建设为中心的社会主义现代化建设服务,具体做法一是转变理念,深化认识,不断增强做好干部档案工作的责任感;二是健全制度,规范管理,不断提高全系统干部人事档案管理工作的水平;三是严格审核,保证质量,为做好干部工作打下坚实的基础;四是以高科技为支撑,强化服务,促进干部人事档案信息资源的开发和利用。
